Massive Outburst As James Bond Author Says Idris Elba Is Too “Street” To Play A 007 Role.

Everyone was highly anticipating Hollywood actor, Idris Elba to take on the role of James Bond till one of the Sequel writers, said that he is too street to play the role.

His statement resulted in a huge outrage on Social Media, as many claimed that it was inappropriate for him to make such statement, saying that Idris fits the role perfectly.
Although, he claimed his statement has nothing to do with racism, Anthony Horowitz spoke with DailyMail, saying:

“For me, Idris Elba is a bit too rough to play the part. It’s not a color issue. I think he is probably a bit too ‘street’ for Bond. Is it a question of being suave? Yeah

The backlash has been quite huge on Twitter as the actor even became a trend. Fans irrespective of their colour slammed Anthony for his ill statement.
Even outspoken rapper, Azealia Banks plunged in on the matter.
