Buhari replaces Danladi Kifasi with Winifred Oyo-Ita as new Head of Service

President Muhammadu Buhari replaced the immediate past Head of Service, Danlade Kifasi with Winifred Oyo-Ita.

Kifasi was asked to proceed on terminal leave yesterday with immediate effect. It is unclear when Oyo-Ita will be resuming as she is currently the Permanent Secretary, Ministry ofScience and Technology, Cross River state.

This is coming barely 24 hours after the President visited Cross-River state to commission the 260km highway project.

She is a 51-year-old trained chartered accountant.
